Notre objectif est de réduire notre impact environnemental, tout en investissant dans la croissance, le développement et le bien-être de nos employés et des communautés environnantes. Notre main-d'œuvre est principalement composée de femmes, y compris de nombreuses mères célibataires. Grâce au salaire et aux carrières durables que ANC peut offrir à ces femmes, beaucoup sont en mesure de subvenir à leurs besoins et à ceux de leurs enfants. Africa New Confection S.A a été fondée sur l'engagement de fournir un travail décent à tous ses travailleurs et à ce qu'ils bénéficient :

En créant ces emplois nous voulons nous assurer que la sécurité des travailleurs est effective, qu'un salaire équitable leur est offert avec des soins de santé,qui ne sont pas des facteurs négociables et ne peuvent être manipulés à des fins lucratives. Nous mettons un accent particulier sur les normes d'éthique, l’âge de nos employés (pas -18 ans), le respect des normes de sécurité et de travail.
Cantine
L'usine a mis en place une cantine où sont servis les repas quotidiens du personnel, ce qui a été le premier besoin exprimé par les travailleurs eux-mêmes dans le cadre d'une enquête sociale de base. Chez ANC, nous trouvons bénéfique de bien traiter nos travailleurs ce qui est essentiel pour garantir notre succès.
Assurance médicale pour les travailleurs
Nous avons contracté une assurance médicale pour nos travailleurs afin de se faire soigner à moindre coût lorsque ces derniers tombent malades.
Transport du personnel de ANC
L'usine a mis en place un bus de transport en commun pour les employés de l'entreprise. Le bus part les chercher de leur maison vers l'usine chaque matin et chaque soir les dépose à la maison.
